Hello and thank you for visiting.  It is my goal as your full service real estate agent to provide you with superior service at all times.  I specialize in the Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach areas.  I have worked in the real estate business for 28 years and have lived in Wilmington for 21 years.  I have always lived in the Forest Hills area and am especially familiar with and fond of the older neighborhoods.  Having sold real estate in Wilmington for 21 years, I pride myself on my knowledge of the area was well as real estate trends and value.  Buying and selling real estate should be an exciting and enjoyable experience.  I can help to make that happen!

On a personal note, I am married and have two children, ages 14 and 11, in the New Hanover County Public System.  I am involved in many Charitable Organizations in Wilmington including the Cape Fear Garden Club (one of the largest garden clubs in the country), where I have served in several capacities.  I currently enjoy the privilege of serving as President and have also served as Chairman of our largest fundraising event, the Azalea Garden Tour.  I am also a member of the Historic Wilmington Foundation, the Bellamy House Museum, the Historical Society of the Lower Cape Fear, the Cameron Art Museum and the City Club.
